25th Annual Bowmen of Warfield Short Metric

In mid-September we run a popular half day short metric which attracts both experienced archers and beginners. To encourage the year's new beginners, there are awards just for them. We always finish this event with a knockout competition that ends with a head to head, single shot!

Assembly: 12.00 noon. Sighters: 12.15 p.m.
Judge: John Kember-Smith
Rounds: Short Metric for adults and juniors and Short Metric 4 for under 12 yrs on 1/1/2006.
Open awards for Ladies, Gents, Juniors and novices.
Short Metric 4 awards according to entries.
Beginners awards in the same category (beginners are archers who have been shooting for less than one year on 17th September 2006). Please indicate on the entry form.
Team awards - a team of 4 to include at least one lady or junior.
Dress regulations will not be in force but please try to wear green or white. Club colours also welcome.
Light refreshments (cakes, snacks, hot & cold drinks) will be available on the day from the B.O.W. "Good Shoot Inn".
Costs: Adults £5.00 Juniors £3.00
Anyone wishing to take photographs must notify the tournament organiser upon arrival
The Bowmen of Warfield cannot except any responsibility for damage or injury sustained while entering, on or leaving the grounds.
